Be the welcoming presence at the heart of WayForward Resources. Greet visitors and callers, answer questions, and help connect community members with the support they need on Friday afternoons. 

As a Front Desk Reception Volunteer, you ensure that everyone who walks through our doors or calls in feels respected, supported, and at ease. This role may be a good fit if you:

• Enjoy working with people from diverse backgrounds
• Communicate clearly and kindly
• Handle sensitive situations with discretion
• Are comfortable using computers and learning new systems
• Are looking for a role with both quiet moments
• Are available Friday afternoons (Priority need – Fridays from 2:00-4:30 p.m.)
