You can directly help senior clients maintain their independence by providing indoor chore help specifically targeting clutter. Clutter affects safety in the home and housing stability.

Collaborating with the WayForward Seniors Program Manager and individual seniors. you will help create and carry out a plan to declutter a senior’s home.

Qualifications:

Dependable, friendly, compassionate, and patient
Ability to see multiple ways to accomplish a task
Willingness to conform to the wishes of the senior and find satisfaction in incremental progress
Flexibility as this new volunteer assignment evolves
