Turkey Hunters Care Donation Drive – Nov 14-16 & 21-23

The National Wild Turkey Federation and Mad City Gobblers are raising money to purchase turkeys for donation to local area food pantries including WayForward Resources. 100% of the money raised goes directly toward buying turkeys.  

This effort is incredibly important — it’s likely the only source of whole turkeys for the food pantry this season!

Enjoy this fun, relaxed volunteer opportunity! This is a great opportunity for high school students and others who might like to volunteer with a friend. (Volunteers aged 12-15 years must be accompanied by an adult.)

Your smile and friendly attitude will help invite shoppers to donate so that local families can have a turkey on the table for Thanksgiving dinner.

Inviting shoppers to donate at the Metro Market in Middleton is a gentle, easy task. Shoppers have been very supportive and kind in years past.
