Housing Stability

Housing Stability Program

WayForward Resources Case Managers work with you to solve immediate needs and work toward your long-term goals. Case Managers may provide financial assistance and other resources to help prevent eviction and maintain long-term, stable housing.

Meeting with a Case Manager is also the first step in connecting to other WayForward services, like our Back to School program, which provides school supplies to kids from pre-K through college.

Connections Housing Program

Connections is a housing program that serves “doubled-up” households. You might be considered “doubled-up” if you or your family are living temporarily with another household while you don’t have another place to stay. Our Connections Case Manager can help with your housing search, financial assistance, and up to 12 months of goal setting and support.

There may be a wait list for this program.

Senior Rides Program

Volunteer drivers provide rides to a local destination, such as a medical appointment or grocery store. In order to be eligible, you must live within WayForward’s service area (see below) and be 60 or older.

Service Area

WayForward’s housing programs serve all of the Middleton Cross Plains School District and part of the west side of Madison (west of Midvale Blvd, and inside the beltline loop).  The interactive map below shows our service area. Please call us at 608-836-7338 to ask about a specific address.
