WayForward Resources served nearly 15,000 people last year, the most in our over 45-year history and twice as many as two years ago. Nearly 80 percent of the people we serve are in households with children. Your sponsorship will help ensure that more people in our community have access to nutritious food and can remain in their homes. When you support WayForward, you align your brand with a well-known and respected nonprofit, that for more than 45 years, has brought our community together to create food security and housing stability through action and advocacy. Show your commitment to creating stability in our community while increasing your company’s visibility by becoming a sponsor. Sponsorship opportunities range from $250 to $10,000.

Food Pantry Sponsorship

The WayForward Resources Food Pantry is distributing the equivalent of over 112,000 meals a month—more than at any other time in our over 45-year history. We are experiencing four times as many visits to the food pantry as we did just four years ago. To address this increase, we are purchasing more food than ever, spending six times as much as we did five years ago. Food Pantry Sponsorships support our pantry as demand continues to rise, including purchasing food, which accounted for 18% of the 1.6M+ pounds distributed last year. Anyone living in Dane County can shop at our food pantry, open five days a week.

Hunger Action Month Sponsorship

With food and housing prices rising, the WayForward Resources Food Pantry is experiencing record demand. This September, join people around the country during Hunger Action Month to build hunger-free communities. Your support of our pantry—a day, week, or more—helps ensure our neighbors have access to enough nutritious food.

Chip in to End Hunger

Golf foursomes take part in an annual event at picturesque Bishops Bay Country Club. Chip in to End Hunger begins with a 10 a.m. shotgun scramble start, with golfers moving quickly through the course, several hole contests, and a putting green contest. The event is capped at 140 participants to ensure quick play and culminates with the after-event awards and cookout, where golfers can stay briefly or linger on the club’s outdoor patio on the shore of Lake Mendota. Sponsorship levels available from $600 to $7,000. All sponsorships at $2,000 and above include complimentary golf and carts for a foursome, offering you the chance to treat employees or key clients to a round of golf at an iconic private course.
