Our History

WayForward Resources (formerly Middleton Outreach Ministry) was established in 1980 by members of local Middleton churches and faith-based organizations continue to support our work.

We transitioned to a community-based nonprofit organization in 2007. Individuals, businesses, foundations, organizations, and faith communities all continue to provide financial and business support to our work.

WayForward Resources, Inc., is a registered 501(c)3 organization. WayForward is also a partner agency of United Way of Dane County and partners with Second Harvest Food Bank and Community Action Coalition.
