Be part of a team that provides a dignified and respectful shopping experience for guests accessing WayForward’s food pantry when you:

Greet guests warmly as they complete their shopping
Offer limited personal care products, if available
Record food weights for each guest using a touch screen monitor
Keep your work station clean and organized throughout your shift
Assist with other Food Pantry tasks as needed

The ideal volunteer will be available for a minimum of one weekly volunteer shift for at least 3 months. Of course, this is with the understanding that a volunteer may need flexibility for vacation, sickness, appointments, etc.

Wednesdays from 3:30pm to 5:30pm or 5:30pm to 7:30pm and Fridays from 8:30am to 10:30am or 10:15am to 12:30pm are current recruiting priorities.
