WayForward Resources (formerly Middleton Outreach Ministry) provides access to nutritious food for people throughout Dane County and support that helps people stay in their homes in Middleton, Cross Plains and west Madison. Join us on September 26 for a Hunger Action Month event to learn more about what you can do to get involved.

HOW WE HELP

Food & Clothing

WayForward's food pantry and clothing center are free to anyone who lives in Dane County. Visiting us for the first time? Please stop at our main office first to register.

Housing Stability

WayForward's Case Managers work with you to solve immediate needs and work toward your long-term goals. We may be able to offer financial assistance and other resources to help prevent eviction and maintain housing.

Seasonal Programs

WayForward's seasonal programs provide school supplies for kids 4K through college and everything your family needs for a holiday meal.
